I will never order from there again. When I called to place a pickup order, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She kept interrupting me and even hung up before I could finish my order. When I called back to speak to a manager, her exact words were, “I asked you what you wanted,” before she slammed the phone down without muting it, allowing me to hear her attitude. Eventually, the manager came to the phone, and I had no issues with her. However, I don’t understand how that other woman still has her job if she treats customers like that. I work in the food industry too, and I understand that not everyone loves their job, but there's a professional way to communicate with customers, no matter the circumstances.
