Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Greenville

It's an old building but the food that comes out of that shack is better than a brand new restaurant in Greenville

Fantastic ENC Barbecue. Taste great , great sauce, great sides, slaw, potatoes, green beans awesome. Cornbread planks delicious. I love it. Get there early. People are down home and friendly and service is terrific. Love some B's.

Not sure what I like better...the bar-b-que or the awesome vinegar sauce that I typically drown it in. Maybe it's the combination. Hands down the best bar-b-que I've ever eaten.

First time we had B's ribs and chicken, we thought we died and went to heaven. They were so memorable that the next time we were headed north from Florida, we went out of our way off I95 just to have their ribs again. Have had Memphis and Texas style ribs as well, but our favorite by far is Carolina style. Prefer vinegar based ribs by far.

The best NC BBQ I've ever had. Tasty and no gristle or fat to be found. I have a real problem with gristle and fat so this is particularly pleasing to me.
