Kfc - Greenville

Poor customer service, just left there and my hubby ordered a $3.99 special in their window and when we paid they charged us 6.29 for his special and stated no refunds or accommodations for the few dollars extra??. What he got for $6.39 plus tax?? Nevaagain

They only start on your online order when you get there. The other issue is that they didn't have legs and wings. The customer service has gotten better though.

The newly renovated location is fantastic! I ordered online, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They included a variety of spices, and the food was excellent and a great value for the price.

The food was enjoyable, but the service could be more attentive and energetic.
