Marco's Pizza - Greenville

We had planned to dine in for the 1st time, and was going to order a 2 liter soda, BUT was told no cups nor ice????? So now we must wait to get home and serve our drinks with our own cups and own ice. But I have never been disappointed with the taste of the pizza......yummy

Ate Marcos for the first time today. When I got home with the Pizza I told my wife, ?I hope this pizza is good because I want to go back just for their customer service.? Sure enough, our food was great. I had their new pizza bowl and while the large was a little smaller than I expected it was also better than I expected so I?m happy!

This place use to be great. The food, the people, the service, everything was great. It is the furthest it can be from that now. We used to pick up a pizza and salad here every Friday for a few years now but they have gotten pretty bad over the past year. Incorrect orders, long waits, unfriendly and bad service- you name it. Last month, I got a green salad that they sent me home with ranch dressing. I leave 10 minutes after they say it will be ready to avoid sitting and waiting 15 minutes every time I go. Today they didn?t even put pizza sauce on my pizza!!! Pretty sad how far down this place has gone from how great they used to be!

I order from this Marco?s location a lot but have been having some problems with my order not being fixed right or the extra toppings not being added. I got a pizza I added olives to and it came with just olives. On top of that I ordered ahead and waited till the app said my pick up was ready and get there they?re having a team meeting and my order wasn?t even out the oven yet. The staff is always friendly though

Seems like the place is currently getting renovated at first glance I thought it was closed. The open sign was off when I went for a pickup. Employees don't seem thrilled to be there but the food came out correctly and tasted great.
