Mcdonald's - Greenville

The McDonald is the worst. I stopped getting a Frappuccino on my way to get my husband to the doctor's appointment. He's a heart patient and was seen today because he's sugar high. After waiting for 10 minutes, I called inside to find out what took so long... the manager told me that they had changed something and forgotten about me, but she would pick up my drink and give me my money back, but you know it's not about the money, it's about TIME! We were able to come to the doctor 15 minutes too late and he could be seen that it only makes me angry because they didn't have to see him because we were too late... (because of McDonalds). For me everyone has an important task, so just do it right!!! Thank you for letting me rant!

We got a large family order. The service was fast and our order was correct.

They made my son pancakes after breakfast hours. He had just came from the dentist and all he wanted was McDonald's pancakes. The 2 by his dentist wouldn't sell them so I called there and the manager Kim said they would do it. They were busy too! Pretty classy for a fast food joint. Wish I lived closer.

Good food, good prices. Order was right meal was still good but I was a tad sad to get home with my qtr pounder medium fry only to realize I'm out of ketchup and they didn't put any extra in my bag. Oh well still good UPDATE: Very pleased with my early morning breakfast. Lady was nice, in a good mood, best of all.... Gave me more than enough jelly ketchup without asking for that much. That was a perfect order.

It's nice to see an upscale McDonald's everything was fresh ready the service was good just an upstanding McDonald's this time of kovach or it seems that customer service has gone to crud
