Rick Erwin's Eastside - Greenville

The food and service were exceptional. Reagan, our server at the bar, was outstanding—very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I regularly visit Rick Erwin's Eastside and enjoy having dinner and drinks at the bar. In addition to the great atmosphere and food, the main reason why we love coming to Rick's Eastside is the bar service, especially Reagan and Madison. They take such good care of us each time we visit, remembering our favorite drinks and spending time chatting with us, it truly feels like we are visiting with good friends. Greenville is an amazing city with many options for great food drinks, but for us we can honestly say that the service we get from Reagan and Madison at the bar make us choose Rick's most Friday and Saturday nights. Highly recommend.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The food and service were outstanding, and I even had the chance to meet Rick while I was there. The appetizers were exceptional; our large group ended up trying nearly all of them. I ordered the surf and turf, and the steak was incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth. The crab cake was hands down the best I've ever had. This restaurant provided the best food and overall experience I've had while visiting the Greenville area!

I had dinner here with my mom today, and we loved everything! Our waitress, Athena, was fantastic. We highly recommend the wet-aged Delmonico ribeye, cheesy mashed potatoes, wedge salad, and crème brûlée—all of them were amazing and so delicious!

I dined at Rick Erwin's the other day and the food was on point! I do have a slight complaint about our server, Saxin. I was not impressed about any of his jokes he had to say. It honestly made me want to serve myself because I was getting second hand embarrassed in front of my date. Otherwise everything else was great! The food was delightful and the restaurant was well facilitated. Saxin honestly made my experience unenjoyable. 5/5 for everything else, but Mr. Saxin was a NO GO! 1/5!
