Lolita - Greenwich

This was an exciting place, not just the same old “Authentic” Mexican, they do not try to be. From the Tequila bar on every things screams fun! guacamole? – 3 kinds: fresco – traditional; picante spicy; especial – with crab meat. Flavors are different. complementary chips came with 3 salsas – a roasted pepper red – mild, and great green – mild and a chipotle sour cream. Also a mango habenero hot sauce that will blow you out of the water, but not because it was so hot -it was wonderful. Main courses – blacken grouper tacos – 3 and they were very good!, fajita carne – crisp light quesadilla with shirt steak and a marvelous cheese. Pollo asada – spicy, but no too much and wonderful to eat. corn bread – light moist and delicious. A chocolate bread pudding finished the meal. Absolutely wonderful. This what my table had this time! I will be back.
