Please consider this review as 0 stars. This is my first time posting a negative review, but I feel it is necessary to share my experience. I had just finished a night shift and was in need of some coffee. I arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes before opening time on a Saturday at 7 am (which I was not aware of). The staff noticed me but completely ignored me and seemed to want me to leave. I understand it was not yet opening time, but they could have politely informed me. I am willing to pay for my coffee, so there was no need for the attitude. I tried to get their attention by knocking on the door, but they continued to ignore me. I work in the same industry and would never treat customers in such a manner. I always strive to make sure that my customers are happy with the service they receive. In the end, I ended up getting coffee from a nearby Nero where the staff was friendly and the mocha was great.
Nice enough friendly staff although the Hot milk shake was cold.
Coffee was made with care, polite service and even though I took my order to go, it had good friendly vibes here. Came on a Saturday afternoon
They don't handle high volumes very well, which they should expect at a venue like the O2. The baristas stood and watched while the queue built up and the team on the till ended up running around, taking orders, heating and plating food, clearing up. All the while, the baristas did nothing as orders dried up while the till team did everything else.
