Pret A Manger - Greenwich

I come here when I have no time for anything else. It's rare, but you know what to expect. Sandwiches are fine: except the Italian sandwich with mayo, appalling! The worst part is the coffee... cappuccino is disgusting. It's the same you get from a cheap automated machine you find at your doctor's. Usually I avoid, but in emergencies it's fine.

This restaurant is an excellent spot to enjoy a quick and healthy meal. I could easily indulge in their delicious sandwiches for any meal of the day. They are consistently satisfying and expertly crafted.

The food, especially the salads, soups, smoothies and juices are absolutely fantastic. But they are a bit pricey too.. But maybe thats just the price you pay for getting food that fresh everything that is not sold the same day as its made is thrown out.

I visited Pret A Manger for a quick coffee this week and found the coffee to be slight bitter. Its not what I expected from Pret. I will raise it with them next time as there usually consistent. overally the staff are friendly and thats why I give the place three stars.

Like most of Canary Wharf this is underground on the way to one of the entrances to the tube. Good solid quality fayre, open early to late.
