Indyo Frozen Yogurt, Sweets And Treats

I have visited this restaurant multiple times this week, but today will be my last visit. The hot fudge machine was set too high and spilled all over me, causing a burn on my thumb and chest. It ruined my shirt and I had to purchase a new one before continuing with my day. Accidents happen, but the response from the staff was unacceptable. The girl attending to me was rude, offered no assistance, and even seemed to find the situation amusing. It's fortunate that it wasn't a child involved. Better customer service training is needed.

I bought a fruit bouquet for Valentine's Day and I wish I had discovered this place sooner because it was so delicious. This place is even better than Edible Arrangements. The customer service was excellent, they quickly made the bouquet in front of me with fresh cut fruit. Thank you again!

One of the worst displays of customer service ever! I order 2 pints frozen yogurt through door pocket and I get a damn fruit bouquet for someone else who this order 3 months ago. when I contact indyyo to know that someone lacks their order, the female manager was rude, she said too bad and that I should kick stones. then she hung me up! I've never asked for a refund because I've refunded my door bag. I just wanted to inform her about it. then she tried to say that tordash gave her this order and that my order was nowhere in the system this order was from october, a few months ago. this lady is completely incapable of doing her job. she is rude and has no business as a manager!

I love chocolate covered strawberries, every time I go I like to get a cup of them, but I truly don't understand why every time I order this girls have the nastiest attitude about it, they refuse to make a cup of them, like it's the hardest thing to do or they aren't supposed to make this. If they don't want to sell what they have on the menu, remove it then!!!Customer service at it's worst!!!! I feel so unwelcome ! This happened on 5-9-21 around 5:20
