Subway - Greenwood

As we were about to leave, she yelled that they had already made our sandwiches. We turned back and asked if they would accept our goodwill, but they refused and said they never discussed it with us. I pointedly asked whether the restaurant was a corporate business or a franchise, but the owner simply replied, "I don't know. Just go!" When we suggested they put up a sign indicating their coupon policy, they stated they had no intention of doing that. In contrast, I mentioned another location near Main Street and Emerson that has a sign regarding coupon acceptance and offers friendly service. It's worth the longer drive to go there instead. I plan to contact the company tomorrow about this experience. The service, treatment, and what felt like discrimination during our visit were wholly unwelcome.

I didn’t go to this restaurant because the staff were incredibly rude. I ordered a chicken sandwich at 8:40 PM, and they charged me $16.80 just to wrap half of it separately. When I questioned the high charge, they told me it was their policy, not Subway's. Honestly, I believe those employees should not be working in customer service. The sandwich itself was poorly made as well.

I had a very disappointing experience due to the rude demeanor of the staff. They clearly lack the skills to communicate effectively with customers.

Been to this place numerous times and the woman is always friendly enough and at least smiles. While the man with the mustache is horribly rude. He's been rude to me and I have seen how he treats other customers just as rudely as he has treated me. I will no longer go to this location. Enough is enough. Remember, repeat customers are the heart of your business so treat people right and your business will do well. Treat people rude and your business with go down hill. Word of mouth spreads fast!

Very Dissapointing. I came with two $15 gift cards for me and my sister to get lunch, after ordering two sandwiches, bags of chips, and drinks (that totaled to $30.04 by the way) I was alerted by the lady who was sitting down on her phone that had stumbled up to the register that their computer did not accept gift cards, she said the gift cards were valid and ready for use but their computer couldn't use them. I have never been fenied use of gift cards, and was not happy i had to spend money from my debit card. Food already made, I decided to just fork over the money hoping I'd feel better after eating. But the sandwiches were not good enough for that amount of money and hassle. The spinach on my sister's sandwich was old and I think charging $9.99 for a 6-inch wrap is ridiculous. Both of the staff there seemed highly disinterested in providing good customer service and the resturant itself looked dingy and was very hot- no AC and the door was held open by a chair so who knows what kind of bugs are in there.
