Chez Jose - Greenwood Village

This Mexican restaurant is absolutely fantastic. I believe it has been open for longer than I have been alive, haha.

I would give this restaurant 5 stars if they offered the option to have the pico or salsas cooked into the breakfast burrito instead of serving them on the side. Despite this, it is still the best breakfast burrito I have had between Highlands Ranch and the DU campus.

The fish tacos are amazing. The grilled chicken cooked over an open flame is always a great choice. I can't stop thinking about the nachos whenever I'm not at the restaurant.

Their breakfast burritos are very good. They come with green chiles, which add just the right amount of heat and flavor to an otherwise standard breakfast burrito. They also have an assortment of salsas, which I look forward to trying as I revisit the establishment. The owner is very pleasant as well. Definitely recommend this place, especially for breakfast!

Two handed tacos! Salsa and toppings bar….. very good Mexican food.
