Eddie V's Prime Seafood

Noah(waiter) represented Eddie V?s Prime Seafood very well. He presented the menu and the selection of beverages seamlessly. For the food, every dish we had was top notch. Oysters and the lobster tacos are best to start out with. I recommend the Maverick cocktail as well.

This was our first time at Eddie V?s. We were celebrating my wife?s birthday. Top notch service from Jacob, very non-obtrusive and always nearby. Jacob took excellent care of us and made sure our first time was a fun and memorable.

My wife and I have tried several Eddie V's locations, but this was our first time at this one, and it did not disappoint! We ordered half-shell oysters, steak burgers, lobster bites, and a few cocktails from the happy hour menu. Everything was fantastic! As a nice touch, they even surprised us with a flaming dessert at the end to thank us for our visit. We can't wait to come back!

The food was incredible! We were lucky enough to sample almost everything on the menu, paired with some excellent bottles of wine. This truly created the best experience we've ever had and made our birthday celebration even more special! Among the standout dishes, I highly recommend the sea bass, the bone-in New York strip steak, and the flaming banana foster cake. If you're looking for excellent quality in both food and service, I cannot recommend this place enough!

On that evening (April 1, 2022), the head chef personally came to our table to greet us and offered us a sample of a delicious hors d'oeuvre. As a lovely surprise, both my friend and I received long-stemmed roses! Gabrielle, the service manager, also stopped by our table to check in and ensure that everything was acceptable. Both he and Ryan provided us with business cards in case we needed to reach out with any concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend Eddie V's! I will definitely dine there again the next time I'm in town!
