Captain D's - Grenada

I will never go back to the Captain Ds in Grenada again the lady at the drive thru window and that was trying to take my order was very rude and disrespectful. I was wanting the Ultimate seafood platter and they were out of the garlic shrimp instead of trying to see if they could substitute it for another shrimp she said in a very rude and disrespectful way that I could not order the Ultimate seafood platter. This was the first time I have ever been treated like that at that location. So I will not be going back there again.

Food was great.Service at the Drive -Through was Great.But I was very very disappointed at the quantity of food that I received for the price I paid.I ordered the catfish sandwich meal.When I got my food I was shocked to see two small pieces of thin catfish on a regular hamburger bun not the bun it showed on the menu picture. It had only a very small amount of sauce on it and just a pinch of lettuce. I couldn’t believe it. Then I looked at my fries. Can you beat they only gave me nine pieces of fries REALLY . And with my drink it was right at 11.00.What a Rip-Off. I will never go to this restaurant again. So just a heads up’ if you want quantity for your money don’t go here. I actually had a kids meal for that kind of money.I could have got more for my money somewhere’s else.Very unhappy and disappointed ?

Typical black ran restaurant nobody acknowledges you when you pull up to the drive thru when they finally do answer they act like they don’t have anything you ask for so in other words they are paying them to simply be at work and not actually work

Fish batter was to thick fish was cooked all the way fries was cold

It was time they opened. Sat... sat on the ride thru. Nobody ever answered. So decided to go in. Customers left the door back to their vehicle because the door was still locked. No employee ever said what's going on
