Tim Hortons - GRENVILLE

The manager was very friendly and helpful but wow nobody knew what they were doing. Had to ask 3 times about the order and everyone’s yelling at each other. 20 min later and still waiting for two wraps

The staff was new and didn't know how to prepare food. The food is of poor quality. They gave me my dish incomplete. It was very unpleasant to eat here today.

The staff was friendly and took our order by the letter and confirmed to us what it was since it was a long order. The service was great, fast and the food was hot also.

We were in the drive threw , I had time to run in and use the washroom and come back out and the car was still in the same spot as when I left to enter the building to use the

Worst experience ever. Slow slow slow service. Rude service. Food awful; taste nothing and staff need to be trained on how to properly do wraps, it’s not difficult to wrap it properly! Will for sure never be back here. Can’t believe this is still open with all the bad review. Need new management!Vegetarian options: Tasteless. A wrap with salad and cucumbers for 7$!!! Ridiculous!
