I frequently take advantage of the Guest Obsessed online survey offer, which allows me to purchase a large Diet Coke with ice and receive a Big Buford for free. It's an incredible deal for just over $3 for the whole meal!

Every time I visit this restaurant, I end up regretting it. Seriously, every single time. Today, I waited 15 minutes for my food, and I was the only customer there. Just unacceptable.

Awful experience. A staff member took my order and payment, but I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food.

1? Because None is not an option... He waited for 9 minutes (with no one before me) before an Orléan's parish police officer went up to get a refill and the cashier STILL DID didn't even notice me. I was very disappointed and still hungry. Was my money and eating leftovers to me????????

Drive through took 15 min just to take order. Then another 20 to get food. Only 3 cars in drivethrough
