Raceway Carvery - Greymouth

This is the Union Hotel. They have a carvery off the main bar. The best food in town for the money. Wholesome, filling, delicious. Well priced, lovely staff. Friendly and helpful. Had a great experience

Rated 4*. The food is great (roast meats and a variety of roast vegetables), but the Carvery aims to provide hearty meals at an affordable price, not a 'fine dining ' experience, so I withheld a star just so I wouldn 't mislead anyone into expecting the latter.

Was so craving for veges as you do while traveling. Chicken and veges just what I needed. Fantastic service Fantastic food.

It's not high end dining but a good place to take the kids. While it's a bit dated it's certainly it's comfortable
