Dairy Queen - Griffin

Customer service is great. But Ice cream is always melted. Food is good.

The family and I had a not so good experience here on memorial drive. We pulled in to the drive thru and ordered. While I was telling the person on the other side of the intercom my order, she interrupts half way through my order and says she didn?t hearanything I was saying, even though she was saying yes and ok the whole time I was talking to her. And then they over charge mebecause one of the many ice creams that I got was supposed to be a mini instead of a medium. And they just seemed reallybothered about giving me a refund which was only 1.70 , and they still didn?t do that right. They only gave me back 1.00 . Bythat time I was pretty frustrated and just left. I do not recommend going to this Dairy Queen in the evening time because thereshift could use just a tad more training with customer service

So ive went to milk queen almost every year, but I absolutely love it one thing that I will say is that we only have about 1.4k per month for my family as a whole. 60 dollars is what it costs to feed my family at night and after about 2 weeks it starts really hard to afford the food. the service is great, but the prices... it could be better.

Just stopped in to use the restroom! But they were very friendly upon entering and exiting. Bathroom was very clean!!

The food at this restaurant is truly terrible. I've attempted to dine here several times over the past few years since it's the closest option to my home, but I always end up regretting it. Most recently, I ordered a burger for $10 while I was starving, and I couldn't even finish half of it. I returned home still hungry and decided to give the leftovers to my pit bull, but he wouldn't eat it either. I even put it in his mouth, and he spat it out onto the ground, looking at me as if to say, "What are you trying to feed me?" He never touched it afterward. I can't blame him. Do yourself a favor, save your money, and choose a different place to eat.
