As for parking, there's always plenty of space in the lot, and it's just a quick walk to the restaurant, no matter where you park.

The delivery service is very poor; the person who works here was not helpful.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night and was surprised to find only one staff member working. There was a lot of smoke coming from the kitchen, and the poor guy was clearly overwhelmed with a long line of customers. When I finally got my pizza, it was undercooked despite my request for it to be well done. The pizza box looked reused, and unfortunately, it made me feel sick afterward. I called customer service twice, but both times I was hung up on. I also sent an email, and they only offered me a $10 credit, which is less than half of my order's total cost. I highly recommend avoiding this location; there are much better pizza places in Grimsby.

I have celiac and I’ve never had a problem with this restaurants food! I picked up today and the food prep was quick, the man who gave me my food was very friendly and the food was prepared exactly to my specificationsDietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and I have their gluten free pizzas and gluten free chicken bites, both are amazing and I’ve never gotten sick

Came to this location at around 3 pm and they did not have any cheese slices. When I asked the cashier if they are making any cheese pizzas at the moment, he said no…and this is how companies lose business.
