Definitely a modern type of cuisine with attention for details and pure organics ingredients, desserts are made by the chef and I enjoy best dreams at night thanks to his creativity and passion ,thank you
Structure immersed in a true oasis of peace. excellent solution of stay in rooms complete with garden to spend the holiday with your dog. practically a villino. very well organized for animals and owners. animals have access wherever there is also a pool for them and other equipped areas. the restaurant: pretty expensive and limited menu.
We have already been two files in June 2020, we returned from 2 to 9, great stay, only a small late check out problem but I'm sure it will be resolved shortly, thanks again
I spent a stay of 5 days, really, carefree and quiet, in a nice well-kept structure, with friendly staff and always well-disposed, after a chat with the owners, they understood that they bring us soul and passion to make their guests comfortable. absolutely fabulous for those who have 4-legged friends, perhaps they are even more cared for this us, and for those who love them this is fundamental, I think that those who have dogs, must try at least once to stay, we will definitely return, indeed we are already booking for next year. thanks to all the staff, in particular to the lady christina.
The 5 stars I published shortly after dinner because it deserves all: for the reception received, the context in which the restaurant was born, the delicious courses and the pleasant evening spent, while I took some time to write more about the restaurant emphasis based on what I was impressed. too easy to write in hot barrel, you risk exalting too much or, worse still, to destroy without knowledge of cause. the years spent as trust of a slow food conduct have left their marks! the food first enjoyed with the head, then with the eyes and finally, with the palate and valerio, the chef, this knows perfectly when he describes his culinary creations with precision and passion (especially the latter! to imagine what will come to the table of there shortly; raw shrimp with the head carapace transformed into chips, cod cannoli, risotto with oysters, these are only some dishes protagonist of the dinner but the menu reserves other very interesting where local products, the imagination and the skill of the chef are the protagonists. experiences to be repeated.
