Cowfish Sushi - Grover Beach

Freshest fish I've ever eaten. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover. Looks sketchy from the outside but great service, great food, totally accommodating to my 5y/o daughter. 10/10 recommend

Very good buffet. Portions are large and decent variety. Sushi was good, oysters good and fried stuff good. Korean food wasn't the best but decent.

My husband and I rode in this place for years and wondered what all you can eat Sushi-Ding and Scoffing we couldn't get our thoughts around it. But we were unnecessarily judicious we went in and we tried and it was surprisingly funny and tasty. I forgot to get all the pictures of everything my husband ate. He has the All-you-can-eat challenge. By the way, you should know that you have to eat everything, or you have to pay for everything and you are subject to a slightly limited menu, but there is still much to choose. I have the Korean spicy rams and I was really happy with it. One of my only reviews is that they go a little hard on the imitation scrap where imitation scrap is used. All in all, it was a great experience.

Amazing food at a decent price. Came here for some sushi while on a trip to the area and was quickly hooked. My favorite place to go to whenever I'm around this area now! Wonderful sushi incredible meat dishes. We tried sesame chicken, beef bulgolgi, steak chicken teriyaki, among a few rolls. So good we went twice in two days to try all the dishes we were looking at. Will absolutely be back for more when I'm in town again.

Delicious food and great Service. We tried the sushi rolls, teriyaki chicken, bulgogi and some appetizers. Personally I like the pork bulgogi better than the chicken and the chicken teriyaki was decent but wasn't to die for. The sushi was flavorful and beautifully presented. The location and interior decor is very unassuming but the food was worth it.
