Absolutely delicious. This is not authentic but worth a hipster style of brunch. Recommend the Maracuya (passion fruit) mimosa.

We liked everything so much that we came back a second time during our short stay in Guadalajara. All their products have avocado and are very tasty. We tried the avo hummus, pizza with spinach, avo pancakes, ricotta pankakes and some water based fresh fruit juices. All delicious. We had just one problem: that the pancakes were too big, so we couldn’t finish them. Also, the staff is super nice and the place looks great.
Chilequiles were so yummy! Cute restaurant, tasty food options good customer service.
