Escape Lounge Ont T4 - Guasti

Melissa, the host, was wonderful! Her positivity, and good energy made my layover relaxing and relaxing enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

This is a great location and I was glad to see it reopen on my last trip. This weekend's commute in, I found a sign saying it was closed and it's not on the escape lounge website anymore. If it's closed for a while it'll be terrible because it's the only real lounge at ONT and it just happens to be the best food and drinks. So sad to see this.

Still closed even though you can book a reservation. I have tried for several months to get into the terminal 2 lounge and it is closed every time.

The Escape lounge in Terminal 2 remains closed despite its website and multiple other articles stating that it’s open. When we tried to call either the Terminal 4 or 2 lounge to confirm status, nobody answers. Don’t waste your time.

I wound up spending a lot of time at this lounge today and was helped by Veronica, who was excellent. She took care of customers throughout the lounge and was gracious and kind. She is a credit to this facility and I'm grateful for her work. The lounge itself is well appointed, has tasty food (try the tacos! and good drink. I feel fortunate to have spent some time here.
