Red Lobster - Guasti

All I can say is that things have changed! Everywhere! Everything has been downsized and not a lot of attention given to how the food was prepared. I will not be returning. At least not to the one in Ontario

It was the worst Birthday Dinner I ever had $150.00 for the worst lobster dinner I ever had I had the $55.00 twin lobster dinner and sea salt fries I guess the cook split butter on my plate and didn't do anything to fix it I received a plate of two lobster tails that where like rubber and fries soaked in butter I should have brought my own silver the silverware looked like it was the original silverware from the day it opened also the drink I ordered had a big chip in the bottom of the glass that sliced my finger and my water glass still had soap in it I don't have enough room for my sons and husband's horrible dinners myself and my family will never eat their again the health department need to give them a visit

I had lots of expectations since our friends recommended the place. However, it took almost 1 hour to get our food. I had ordered the all you can eat shrimp but after asking how long it would take to bring my next order, I was told it would take a while. Totally unacceptable... I asked the manager to just charge the first plate since I was feeling already frustrated and not really planning to wait another hour for my next round. Food was not great either. Manager was nice, our waiter was also nice. They didn 't charge 3 orders and offered dessert for free. However, I was dissatisfied and very disappointed.

The food, as always, is a delight... But the waiter who served my family and me, the service was terrible... He took a while to serve us, he brought the salad to us until the end of the main course... And glasses and dishes that we did not use that were already dirty, it was never worth lifting any....
