El Tenedor - Guatemala

Excellent place to eat a bite while enjoying a magnificent view. High quality service. The food was great. All artworks on the way from the parking lot to the restaurant. This place is a real jewel.

Fantastic food and service!! The view is also breathtaking. I ordered ribs (great bbq sauce), cheese bacon mashed potatoes, salad and a white chocolate creme' brule. The mixed drinks were to die for!!!!!!

Wow!! What a gem! We came here for lunch without knowing about the museums, the beautiful outdoor garden, and the amazing view. Definitely ask to sit outside to soak in the beauty. We enjoyed our lunch as well, and the cocktails were tasty!

Absolutely fantastic! The environment is nearly unbeatable with the Guatemalan mountainside views. Active volcanoes spewing smoke as you enjoy perfectly cooked foods. The foccacia bread is perfectly crusty on the outside with the olive oil and rosemary flavor throughout. The wood fired pizza is fantastic with the flavors completely filling the pizza and cheese that is perfectly stretchy. The hamburgers are perfectly cooked and very filling. Layers of flavor depending on which one you order. Desserts were the best I've had in a long time and better than most I've had in Paris. There are so many activities to perform outside as well with the ziplining park just outside. El Tenador is an absolute must!

El Tenedor is a nice restaurant located on top of a hill with amazing views of the city and the surrounding area. On a nice day tables outside are well worth it. The food was good and creative. Service was polite and helpful. The best thing about the restaurant are the views. It is also located next to the Museo Efrain Recinos and a nice walking area. Credit cards are accepted for payment.
