Retro - Gubin

Unfortunately the food has gone down significantly. The beef fillet steak was almost done, but otherwise ok. The champion sauce was ok. The mini dumplings were unfortunately any supermarket goods and just terrible. My wife's roulade was quite tasteless and dry and the sauce was ready made which I can't understand at all for a well braised roulade. Overall we were pretty disappointed. The service could also be a bit friendlier. 08/06/23: New attempt unfortunately still a complete failure. The alleged beef fillet steak turned out to be an extremely tough lump of meat, which I didn't even hit the cooking level. Instead of English (Rare) I got a medium fried steak. Wouldn't have been a problem if the meat had been tender, as one would expect from a fillet of beef. We'll probably have to look around for an alternative unfortunately, because the ambience in the vaulted cellar is really nice and the food used to be really good. Nothing is left of that.

The food tasted as if it had been reheated (pork in sauce, pork chop). It's hard to describe the tripe, it's just terrible. Potatoes watered down. Only the salad is very tasty. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: zł 60–80 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Another dinner and another satisfaction. The food (pike perch and duck) was very good. The portions are really big. Ms. Andżelika is very nice and friendly. We will definitely come back, see you soon. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: zł 80–100
