The chicken was cold and unappetizing, while the fries were a greasy, congealed mess without any salt. I visited twice, and both times were equally disappointing. The restaurant often has a strong, unpleasant smell, is understaffed, and they only provide receipts if you specifically ask for one—sometimes with a bit of an attitude. On my last visit, I waited for 10 minutes for just two small sliders, and they were dreadful. The bread was dry and fell apart easily, and there was an excessive amount of mayo, which seemed like an attempt to cover up the unappealing chicken—if you could even call it chicken—looking more like gray mush from being fried in old oil repeatedly. In summary, steer clear of this place unless you actually enjoy bad food and the potential for stomach issues.

If you're looking for chicken that’s both greasy and dry, this is the place for you. The pieces were so small it was almost laughable—out of eight pieces, only two were somewhat acceptable. I can't understand how KFC can justify serving such tiny portions of chicken. I should have gone to Popeyes or Church's; at least then my family would have had a decent meal. It’s safe to say that KFC has lost a customer for good.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. I had to wait a bit for my plant-based chicken sandwich, but it didn’t bother me at all. They were very kind and apologized when they brought it out to my car.

Customer service is equally disappointing; they do not provide receipts and have even accused me of lying when I requested one. The staff, particularly Neha and an older, larger woman, display unprofessional behavior and should be replaced. They have never offered a refund for the substandard food I received.
