The stay was really great. The hotel has stunning views and very attentive staff. It is commutable by taxi which are reasonably priced. Sirma has been the most attentive staff member, really made sure our stay was wonderful Would highly recommend.

Read this very important feedback if you don’t want to ruin your stay in Bodrum. my stay at this hotel was the worst since my first travel in 2009. It led me to even doubt Bookings for the rate it has. DONT go to this hotel is you are a couple or individual who want to enjoy good view from the room, turkish/ Mediterranean food, walking and see views. It is far from everywhere and it cost you a fortune to take taxi to anywhere 60 euros to visit the nearest place like the marina, downtown) if you think the hotel is cheap, it will cost you double for taxi and it can be higher or not even available in the peak season like July and August. I booked a room with the balcony but the balcony doesn’t not really have privacy as it is in the first floor and you can see poeple walking and they can see you very close. The food was very bad apart from the breakfast which is very basic. I was really disappointed from the location and the food. I had my friends that were supposed to join me but because I didn’t like it. they choses another hotel and I wanted to join them. So, I requested cancellation of one night so I can join my friends. The hotel was not transparent and lied to me. they said if Booking calls us we will refund you and once booking called them they didn’t not answer their emails and calls and when I insisted to answer Booking. they told me they answered them but they will not refund me. So, I hope my feedback will save you like I saved my friends

Very bad management.. bad location.. nothing ready for the guest.. no pool .. no entertainment facilities.. not good choice for bodrum!

We really enjoyed our week in this hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, beautiful view, clean rooms, well-equipped gym, pleasant spa. If anything, we’d welcome the pool being heated (water was too cold for our liking) and maybe better food selection for lunch. The dinner restaurant and the two waiters were fantastic. The spa hammam treatment was also superb.

If I could give 0 starts that’s what they’ll get. Worst service I have experienced in turkey and I visit here a lot. Dirty and awful rooms with view to the road or to the breakfast cafe where people were staring into my room. No manager at sight. They told me a manager is coming when I complained. No one came. Room AC wasn’t working. Hair on the floor. No one even bothered to come and fix/ clean when I requested. Cancelled my reservation after 1 night. This hotel is not 5 stats. Not even close to 1 star. Besides the nice pool there’s absolutely nothing here. But the worst problem is the customer service. Or they are rude or they absolutely don’t do anything besides apologizing.
