Abama Kabuki - Guía de Isora

El restaurante está bien. La comida es deliciosa y de alta calidad. Aprecié que tuvieran en cuenta las alergias alimentarias. Los cócteles eran excelentes. El servicio era adecuado. Sin embargo, los precios son demasiado altos incluso para lo que comes; he comido sushi, ostras, etc. de buena calidad en lugares por la mitad de precio. Aun así, para una ocasión especial está bien.

Un muy buen japonés en el que nada me llamo especialmente la atención...

When staying at the Ritz Abama, we tried every restaurant, enjoyed them all, but my favorite was Kabuki. I was slightly concerned as I feared the combination of Asian and Michelin star could lead to some crazy dishes, and that in particular it might turn off my family. While the menu was very interesting, we did not have anything that was worrisome (or less than wonderful). We could not order the tasting menu as a few dishes my son would not like but effectively made our own. My favorite dish was four types of tuna sashimi. The tuna was brilliant, with four very unique types of fish. A baby goat dish was wonderful, tender flavorful meat. The sushi was so good had to order it again. Everything was prepared perfectly. The only downside is the cost. Even compared to MB, the two star restaurant on premises, it was by far our most expensive meal. Worth every penny, though.

Exceptional. Every course was impeccable, exquisite and detailed. The service was beyond what was even expected for a Michelin restaurant. Rona was our sever and Valeria was our sommelier.

Of the best Canarian restaurants and definitely the best Japanese that we have tried for far. the treatment of people, the atmosphere and quality of food are unbeatable. It's worth the experience.
