Firehouse Subs Orange Grove - Gulfport

Came to this establishment after the church with my family, set our order and sat down. When we waited, the checkout girl decided that we had to pay more money for our order, so before the whole store she said that we didn't pay for our food when I was sitting in my hand with the receipt. I told you what you said I paid for the order. Because she couldn't find out, I helped her. Tell her to give me all my money! How embarrassing

I had a little mix-up with my catering order, but the manager, Amy, really went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She expressed her sincere apologies and even provided some sweets for my family to enjoy during the New Year holiday. The subs were absolutely delicious, and the cookies were a hit too! Everyone loved them! Thank you again, Amy, and to the employee who helped fix everything—I'm sorry I didn’t catch her name, but I truly appreciate all your efforts! Thank you so much!

I visited the Firehouse Subs in Gulfport on Highway 49 for the first time, and I had a great experience. The staff—Hanna, Kody, and Abbie—were incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful in explaining the various sub options available. After looking over the menu and asking a few questions, I decided to try the small meatball sub combo. It was the perfect size, very delicious, and offered excellent value for the money. I’ll definitely be returning!
