Knew when we arrived ten minutes til opening and there was a line at the door this place was definitely what reviews said. They delivered! Wonderful, friendly staff. Many choices of food. Seasoned perfectly (actually better than other Jamaican restaurants we’ve been to) the peas and rice had a little kick to them, so flavorful!! Portion size: ginormous. Mango bread was delicious, can’t wait to try the rum cake. Great for vegetarians and meat lovers alike! Wednesday’s are vegetarian/vegan days. Will be swinging back through for veggie patties and veggie soup. Highly recommend this place!

The Food and Staff will always keep you coming back for more, simply AMAZING comfort food that tastes Phenomenal and VERY satisfying! As soon as you walk in there is a place to order your meal or simply shop for any West Indian products for snacking or planning your own meal! My Wife and I eat here at least 3 times per week and ALWAYS have the meats, veggies and starches the will stay with you and leave you feeling satisfied!

This place is only place I would go to for that home cooked meal! That Hits the spot all the time. I love everything on the menu! And try the salad it's Soo good!!

I was very impressed by not only the delicious food, but the friendly service. I am Jamaican, so I am very picky about my Caribbean cuisine The rice and the peas were perfectly cooked and the Ruck Chicken was moist and tasteful. We loved it and decided to use Island Flavors and Tings to come our family Christmas this year.

The food is worth it! I'm 3x here now and was very happy every time. Today I ordered the mini box of rice and peas and brown one-pot chicken. You can choose vegetables instead of rice and then a meat for $5. I also added fried dumplings and spent a total of $6.42! Every pennttyy and waiting worth it. I think my server was Mrs. Irie today and she was very pleasant. Everyone there is pleasant, professional and patient. Customer service alone keeps me back! The food is also so good and tasteful. I'm glad I found this place in the area!
