Írjon visszajelzéstThe few times that I have been there around 10:15pm on weekdays the customer service is really bad. Their speaker system is inaudible and it takes them at least a minute to acknowledge your vehicle. The young woman who has served me twice is always unprofessional. She barely even acknowledges you and always pulls you up for your order even if your total was less than $4 dollars. One night she even answered her cellphone while handing me my order that I waited in for 10 minutes while I was the only car in the drive through!
Absolutely horrible. The customer service here is non-existent. I usually never go to this particular location, but I foolishly broke my own rule. Every time I've been here (which wasn't that often, for obvious reasons), my orders have been messed up. And on top of that, they refused to acknowledge their mistakes and told me to take or leave it. So I left it. I'm not accepting a messed up order. How can you expect to be paid $15 an hour if you can't get a simple order right? Or operate the cash register like you're supposed to? Please don't waste your time coming here. Drive the 10 minutes north to the other Taco Bell by Burger King. My experiences there have been much more pleasant. I will gladly avoid patronizing this lackluster location.
Went to this ?fine? establishment ordered a chalupa box. Didn?t get the box and went to put hot sauce on my burrito to find this sorry excuse for an already sorry excuse for food. I tried to take a picture of the disgrace of a chalupa I was given but my phone started crying. I can?t believe these people think minimum wage should be more than $7.40 an hour! After this performance I think it should be lowered to $5.25!
So I just came to 49 through the drive-thru in the Taco Bell. Fast food is just that, so the bar is not always super high for customer service, kindness, etc. In no case is that a knock, I work in food, and some things are simply the way they are. I am one of many who is disappointed that the seven-layered Burrito is no longer a menu item and so when I order it, sometimes it irritates the staff. The staff was amazing tonight. So patient, so kind and so helpful. My order was finished in a few seconds and there were no ounces of foot on my order to order a menu item. I lost my receipt so I could not tell you the name of the beautiful lady who worked the window, but please know that you did my night!! Fast food workers are legit unsung heroes, all remember that these people work hard for their money, don't know what they are worth, often have bad administration and earn alongside zero respect from a hole that expects employees to kiss their a. Thanks to each and every one of you for everything you do!!
The Brittany was our cashier, she took orders from the drive inside and so I can understand that she was busy. It was 3:28pm and we were two of four people in so definitely not busy inside, not sure if the drive thru rolled. She was very direct, did not respond to small conversations. A very nice young man brought our food out immediately, he also took care of a spill in the dining area. After we ate that we were ready to come on the street and I tried to use the toilet room and there was a sign for “for the key, only for customers”, I don’t think I even got the words out and Brittany said “we don’t have the key”, I’m not sure if it’s even legal for a facility for businesses without a toilet to be open to employees, and I don’t think these employees without a job. Rude, not to give a customer the key. I was obviously not homeless and sought to camp in the plant, but whatever, at least the young man was nice
