Chicken Express - Gun Barrel City

This WAS my go to chicken place, but today, the breast were overcooked and so dry. Absolutely horrible, it so so bad I just threw it away, couldn’t even eat it, guess it’s time to find another favorite place!

Ordered a number 1 express tenders. Mashed potatoes with gravy. The gravy on the potatoes was just half a teaspoon amount, and the cup for the gravy for the tenders wasn't filled half way up. 2 other orders had same issue and the rolls were so hard. Gravy is the easiest cheap thing but it must be gold now. To the management you train your employees, to the Owner, your business is only good as your management. The last 3 times I went there there's been a gravy loss. I paid almost 30 dollars for the whole order and got served trash thank you very much for your lousy employees and a management that could care less

Chicken tenders were dry, tough and way overcooked, mozzarella sticks and corn nuggets were undercooked. The woman at the drive thru is always pleasant, but the people cooking need to pay closer attention. It will be a while before we return.

Ordered thru drive through. Our spicy chicken tenders were old and dry, the regular chicken tenders were good. Mac and cheese was burnt and mushy like it was scraped off the bottom of a burnt pan. Usually have a good experience but this time the food was pretty bad. $22 for two meals and a good deal of it wasn't even edible. But the lady at the window was very nice and they did get my order right even though the quality of the food was tragic.

Ordered fish and they charge extra for tarter sauce. Who ever heard of that ? Real cheap scapes. Menu says hush puppies. You get 1 hush puppy..
