Last night, I attempted to purchase ammunition, but I was told I couldn’t because they don’t sell it after 8 PM. This policy makes no sense, and none of the staff could show me any signs indicating this rule. I had to take their word for it, but that’s not how things should operate. The employees had an attitude, acting like they were above everyone else, but they quickly changed their tone when they saw I wasn’t by myself.
Absolutely the worst store for 1000 miles in any direction. Management is the worst I have ever encountered. I was told by a district manager that this location is by far the state leader in employee theft and general shrink. They simply do not honor any of their own rules and management runs the place like a flea market.
Blake is the person you want to turn to! He is always knowledgeable, efficient, and ready to assist with a smile and a positive attitude. Whenever I need something that no one else can locate, they always reach out to him, and he consistently provides help.
I visit Walmart at least three times a week, but recently I had two really frustrating experiences. I felt embarrassed. In my small town, no one ever offers to help me with heavy items like cases of water, and since I'm disabled, it can be difficult. During my last visit, the cashier said that my groceries hadn’t been scanned properly, which was incredibly humiliating. I felt like I was being accused of being a thief, even though I've never stolen anything in my life.
Every time I try to order for next day pickup half of my order shows out of stock, but if I check the Kaufman store they are fully stocked for the same Items, example Bananas& hash brown patties, they neeed a new grocery manager
