Starbucks - Gurnee

There's always a line here, but it's worth it because the location is fantastic and it moves quickly. The staff is exceptional! I really enjoy these Starbucks locations for their outstanding service—just great people! The coffee and desserts taste amazing. I hope this place continues to thrive in 2022 and beyond. Go Starbucks!

The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. One of the employees noticed my child accidentally spilled hot tea on our laptop and quickly provided us with wipes. The house Wi-Fi was down, so we came here to get some internet access. We were able to stay masked and maintain distance while doing so. The staff consistently wore their masks and were very responsive to our requests and questions.

This Starbucks is hands down my favorite, thanks to Angelica. She is truly the most attentive and outstanding barista I've ever encountered. Her personal recommendations are always spot on. She greets everyone with a warm smile and a sweet demeanor! The extra 15-minute drive is absolutely worth it!

It's Starbucks so ya know, usually the same as the other Starbucks I had. Coffee was good and hot, staff friendly. Wait on the ride through usually quite long as there are only a million people who need coffee all the time.
