Steak N Shake - Gurnee

My friend took me here to get a 'suburbian' experience lolI'm from LA and so I've never had Steak n' Shake before.

Worst place ever, went here Thanksgiving night and sat in drive thru line with only 2 cars ahead of me for about 30 minutes.

Long story short: tasty, inexpensive food in a cramped, filthy setting.

My hotel is right next door, so I thought why not. this place was very dirty and the waiting times to get you eating are ridiculous. However, that burger was amazing and probably the only saving gnade to not reduce the rating lower.

Love this place! personal is always friendly and dine in is always clean. the food sometimes takes a past, but that would be worth waiting! would recommend this location.
