Wendy's - Gurnee

Andy's a great GM. He always greets me and is very charismatic! He ensures that I always get hot pommes and my order is done right away so I can get back to work! Love this place, thank you Andy!

I stopped for lunch yesterday they gave me the wrong sandwich. I called spoke to the manager Lora she was great fixed the issue. She stopped under staff to accommodate me in the middle of lunch rush. Lora went above and beyond Wendy's is lucky to have her.

The morning staff, specifically those who oversee operations, are truly exceptional. They take the time to be friendly and accommodating, even when I place my order just a minute after opening. Additionally, the food is always packed thoughtfully and neatly. The customer service in the morning is outstanding, making it well worth a visit if you're in the mood for Wendy's.

Although I don't remember the names of the staff, they were incredibly friendly and helpful during my order. I really appreciated the bonus of fresh fries. I understand that times are tough with staffing challenges and rising demands, so keep up the great work!

One of the best fast food spots in the area. The staff is friendly, and the place is well-kept. The orders are both accurate and timely. My only question is about the lack of any tracking or updates, possibly due to the pandemic and staff shortages.
