Sunflower - Guwahati

This is one of the oldest restaurants in Guwahati. I would recommend trying the Jira Reis with Chicken Butter Masala. I also sampled the American Chopsuey. The food was decent, but not the best I've had.

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a child. It is located in an old building in Panbazar. They could improve and expand the interiors a bit. I always order their famous chicken Mughlai paratha. I can't imagine ordering anything else. I believe that is their signature dish. The taste is consistently good and it is served with two pieces of twill, two pieces of gurke, and a little potato bhaji. This time, they also added a green chili pepper. The chicken Mughlai paratha is a must try here.
