Pizza Hut - Guymon

$12 meat lovers dough not fully cooked mostly raw. The dough smelled very Raw I think your oven needs turned up.

This pizza hut has a fast food atmosphere and steak house prices. The pizza was not worth the price at all. We also ordered a side salad. The tomatoes were frozen and the cheese did not look appetizing. The unsweetened tea had sat out too long and tasted terrible. I told the pizza hut employee that the tea was bad and was told, oh, that 's unsweetened tea. I explained to her that I drink unsweetened tea and the tea that I had just tasted was bad. The employees took no action. It was a terrible experience.

I ordered a pizza at 4:10 and I looked at my receipt to see what time my pizza would be ready to pick up and I realized I didn’t add any toppings so I called just 3 minutes after I ordered and I told them and asked if I could add the toppings since I forgot and they told me no because the pizza was already made and it’s ready mind you only 5 minutes gone by since I was on the phone with them, I know a damn pizza doesn’t take just 5 minutes to cook. !WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I stopped at noon on a Sunday, the door was locked, so I called and asked if the dining room was open and was told no. It is clearly posted on the door that dine in is open on Sunday from 10:30 am to 10:00 pm! I went and ate elsewhere, drove by 15-20 minutes later and saw someone walk in the door and saw other folks sitting and eating, I called back and asked to talk with the manager and was given the runaround and was given an 800 number to call. I will NEVER darken the doorway of pizza hut in Guymon ever again, and you can bet I will be letting everyone I know what happened. This place is a disgrace for hiring people that lie and will not let someone speak to the manager. VERY poor business practice!!! I'd give negative stars if I could.

Will never go back. Customer service was unacceptable.
