I know I'm a bit late on the review, but I used Nick's for a recognition dinner and highly recommend! This facility and area is beautiful! His food is always so delicious and the staff is very professional and courteous. They had just opened their B B and I hope I get the chance to use it in the future. When getting to the property it's like stepping into another world. It's so beautiful!

Nick (and tracy) has an amazing ability to pair all the right foods and wines together to make an absolutely fenomional dinner and experience . I can't say enough about the ability to make our taste buds explode and keep us wanting more. Thank you Nick and Tracy for your hard work and the fantastic crew for your hard work to make all ofnus appreciate the work it takes to do this type of dinner .

Obviously, food is one of the most important parts of a wedding, so we knew we needed the best of the best. Our guests RAVED about the food provided at our wedding. We had everything from poke bowls, beef tenderloin, risotto, even a quesadilla station and fried chicken sandwiches to end the night! This chef created courses that many at our table had never eaten before! It was more than a meal, it was a 7-course dining experience! A secret bat cave of splendor!
