Rascals Cafe - Gwynedd

Visited this bar this evening with friends. Was enjoying a nice drink fantastic range when asked to move from where we were sitting by group of students who wanted the space to themselves. As locals were quite annoyed when told that town wouldn't survive without them hence implying they were more important. After somewhat heated discussion left and will not return.

Absolutely terrible. The pub is run by a group of loud and unprofessional individuals. It is clear that the staff drink with the customers and get intoxicated by the end of their shift. Their loud laughter can be heard all throughout the night, even overshadowing the noise from the customers and students. This behavior is disgraceful and completely unacceptable.

The best service in Bangor is Craig . Generally wanted him to come for a night out. And the drink are super cheap. Defo would recommend

This is the first place students visit when they arrive in Bangor. It is a lively spot in a great location.

Interesting is a word that works!! You’d expect a cafe bar to offer good coffees and good wines, but maybe neither have made their way to Bangor! Atmosphere ok and good choice of beers and gins
