Royal Farms - GWYNN OAK

The store is always cleaned and well stored. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The chicken is almost perfect, but the last few times I ordered chicken 1 from the three was dried out/cooked. The parking lot is almost always blocked, sometimes I have to wait for someone to pump the gas before I can pull out of my parking lot. There are not many parking spaces.

Employees are lazy unprofessional. There were a lot of people standing around doing nothing. The Brazilian dark roast coffee bean was out, inquired from one of the staff for a refill, he screamed if it 's out then it 's out , the other staffs started giggling laughing. Well thank God there are other options. I won 't recommend for anyone but if you insist after reading this have a similar experience just drive down Windsor mill Road make a right on Forest Park Avenue, there is another Royal Farm there.

First time I've ever experienced a problem there when I went with my mom, not only was the process gone up and are outrageous, the chicken was no good. Yes you read rough, No Good, tho we only opened up the thighs you could smell the rotten and taste it in your inhale when taking a bite. Only the thighs we had rotten but my pop pop are a drumstick and it was fine, we went the next day and got back out money for only the ???? but the manager kept asking my mom why she contact the office online. Why wouldn't we???????

Hey just want to send some Kudos out to the employee back there cooking the chicken by the name of Romont a very knowledgeable individual very friendly employee he made a great impression on me this evening when I came in he helped me with my order I just like to let you know that he's a fantastic person a man of great customer service skills I was really impressed after having a hard day on the job I came into the store and the first person I met was him again I say kudos to Romont your attitude and your demeanor will take you a long way in life good luck to you in whatever you do
