Nhà Hàng Hồng Hạnh 2 - Ha Long

Some of the best food I had while living in Ha Long. Had the privilege of getting to know the owner as well. It's one of the better restaurants in the area, for sure.

Food is pricey, but very delicious. Lots of options on the menu as well. Large seating area with plenty of staff.

I definitely enjoy my time here lots of options, I really like their springroll it was tiny but very flavourful. I'm North Vietnamese so it's cater to my taste palate and my husband didn't find it interesting since his palate is different from mine: . What I didn't like was the steam fish they used the Pompano fish and the fish odor is way too strong. But time spend here is worth it since Ha long bay doesn't really have many good or busy restaurant like this one.

Great food beautiful atmosphere. Even with tourists, the place still goes well with locals. We had the Ngán Clams (local delicacies - a little challenging for non-Seafood lovers Newbies). We also had damped fish, fried spring rolls, shrimps and morning fame. Everything was fresh and well cooked. The service was perhaps a little curt, but fast and thorough. We will definitely come back if we have the chance
