The chook fellas - HABERFIELD

I really enjoy the quarter Portuguese chicken and three salads at this restaurant. The chicken is incredibly juicy and flavorful. There is a wide variety of salads to choose from and the portions are generous.

Like many businesses in Haberfield, The Chook Fellas is now CLOSED for business. This has been caused by the closure of Ramsay Street and the loss of passing trade.

Salad variety is good. Hamburgers are very rich and big. Good for big appetites. Chicken has never tasted fresh. It's like they don't wash it properly and both times I have tried it, I've had stomach upsets.

I have been coming to this restaurant for a while now. They serve tasty, freshly cooked burgers made to order. The hot chips are well seasoned and delicious salads are also a highlight. The experience is made even better by the incredibly friendly staff. I am excited to try the chicken next time, although it is hard to resist the allure of the burgers. Overall, it is a lovely place to dine.
