Top Island - Hagatna

I dined alone and ordered the sweet and sour pork, which came with a bowl of white rice for $12. The dish arrived promptly, fresh from the wok, featuring a sauce that was pleasantly flavorful (not overly bright red), with perfectly cooked and fried pork. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more sourness to the sauce. I would definitely return!

I’ve tried several dishes from the menu, including orange chicken, honey shrimp, curry, steamed rice, fried rice, and crispy noodles, and everything was delicious. The service is generally quick. When I arrived, I asked for a table, and even though the dining area is small, we had a nice experience and had our pick of seats.

This was my second visit to the restaurant, and the food was absolutely delightful. The flavors were authentically Chinese, the service was exceptional, and the location is really great.

I love this Mongolian beef and kimchi tofu dish. Will visit again when a chance on Guam returns
