Little Caesars Pizza - Hagerstown

Pizza was good , ordered 8 wings with 2 containers of ranch which you pay for when you order wings ranch was never delivered

As usual, they forgot to send the brownies. they always forget something!!

He waited for two paprika and cheese bread for over an hour. Thirteen others waited for an hour in the store. They are underused, but they prepare the online orders to the customers who come. I got my order and it was wrong. Maybe you pay the employees more so you can't be understated.?

This location is still TERRIBLE. Last night I went in to grab a pizza and it took 45 minutes to get one! After the place cleared out and I was standing there waiting, the guy behind the counter tried to tell me that if I didn't want to wait I could take two pizzas and leave. However, they were two pizzas that I did not order and one was old. When I said that pizza looks old he said I know that's why I offered you two. I also watched him talk down to another customer that came in to pick up her food and was confused about how to use the code provided to you online. He also kept calling me momma which is completely unprofessional. This place doesn't care about the customers due to the location. And the pizza sucked when I finally got it. The only good thing about my experience was the kind gentleman in the back that apologized for the wait and gave me my food. He was so sweet, great attitude and only positive thing in that place.

The code machine you pick up from is out of order. Disrespectful staff. This guy was upset and complained at my wife as she walked out the door because he had to repeat himself. She is legally deaf, and he didn?t want to speak up. The food was ok at best.
