Sawtooth Brewery Tap Room - Hailey

I was looking to burn some time before catching my flight out of Hailey and Lara welcomed me in to the taproom and guided me through ordering a taster flight of some delicious beer. Everything was really high quality and super interesting . I’m gonna brag about the barrel aged cream ale that was just spot on. This is a lighter style beer I though would be overwhelmed by the barrel but they nailed it! Light body and beautiful depth in flavor and not over powering. Try craftsmanship

Lara made our experience here great. She was super friendly, had good beer recommendations, and played awesome tunes. The elk burger was delicious, as well as the coffee-aged cream ale. Definitely worth a stop!

Lara was awesome. Loved the Brown Ale and Blood Orange.

Stopped for lunch with a large groupnot much space inside but we made the best of it. Customer service was excellent and food was timely. The seltzer pretzel were the crowd favorites.

Had lunch here today. Three non-alcoholic kombucha drinks, a chicken sandwich, a gyro, and a salad of romaine lettuce w/ a few croutons, and about 3 oz of sliced chicken breast. Portions were small, food average, but the bill w/ 20% tip was $99. Yep, lunch for 3 people w/ no alcohol was $33 per person. Too expensive for me. Not going back.
