Subway - Hailey

The new owners have transformed this Subway into a fantastic family-run business. It's refreshing to see how dedicated the staff is to ensuring customer satisfaction. Despite being young, they are doing an excellent job of making this location one of the best in the country. I've visited many Subways in the past and often experienced poorly made sandwiches, but this one consistently serves up hearty, satisfying subs. The team is attentive and maintains a clean environment. The new owners have truly revitalized this Subway and are nurturing a great atmosphere in the process.

The two employees who served us tonight were incredibly polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They treated us and our children like family friends. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for a wonderful experience. It’s under new management.

I just visited this restaurant on Saturday (5/16/21 at 1:00 PM) and I was blown away by the dream team working there. The three staff members were in great sync with each other, attentive, efficient, and very creative. I didn’t catch their names, but they truly impressed me! Our sandwiches were exactly what we ordered, and the service was outstanding. These three were relatively young—probably new to the workforce—but they provided a level of service that surpasses what I've experienced from some who have been in the industry for 30 years. Hats off to them for doing such an amazing job and to whoever trained them. Keep it up!

This place used to have a 1 star of me with the previous owners, but these new guys have changed my experience there completely enough to earn a 5 star. They are all kind and speak with you and do not seem irritated or rolling their eyes when they see that people come. Now I actually want to go and order instead of wishing that they had an online ordering option. Oh and the new fresh ingredients are also good!

I visited the restaurant with a coupon that offered a "Buy one meal, get a sandwich free" deal. However, despite presenting the coupon, I was still charged for both sandwiches, along with the chips and soda I ordered. Additionally, they didn't provide us with a bag for our meal.
