Írjon visszajelzéstWe went in because they had sashimi and sushi on the menu, only to find out , once we were seated, that it would take an hour to get any… We had some beer, some garlic bread and left. The staff was great though not the restaurant.
Ordered beer, sausage plate, salmonashimi, the cuddly (some simple plate, they taste the aromes of the plate) and more beer dishes to share. great personal and ambiente. great place to hang and just to cool for the evening. had the local red beer that goes well with eating. definitely comes back here.
Has defined a western or European spirit, as it is a biersaal staff, is polite and very polite. many eat like steak, sausage, sashimi or even nabe! I ordered the premium humkaido steak came on a hot teller over a bed cauliflower, with a side of rice and her in house brewed premium beer. steak was delicious! extremely tasteful, delicate with the right amount of texture, directly cooked when considering how thin the Japanese style was steak. the cauliflower was sweet and as the steak it was really seasoned. the beer was good, light, but very paletteable. not to go a bad place when they go after something beer, pub food or a little less traditional Japanese.
The hakodate bierhalle is a rebuilt warehouse that is transformed into a stunning bierhalle. the layout of the restaurant is ideal for large groups of people to small settings. eating is decent at a reasonable price, with a large selection they have no problems finding something for everyone. the drink selection is really good. the prizes are not bad for what you get unless you get the beer. the beers are great, amazing, cold and cheap. the hekodate bierhalle lives up to its name.
We checked the German menu: all kinds of beer to test plus six types of sausages and sausages on animal bones. The beer selection was alt, ale, weizen, koelsch and strong beer which had 10%. Altogether the beers tasted good with exception of the koelsch. From experience (I 've been living in Germany and loving beer for almost 15 years now) I 'd say that all beers are Japanese interpretation of the German variants. All of them tasted less strong and did not have any specific taste spikes . I loved that aspect of the beers (except for the koelsch which isn 't quite palatable to all people in Germany either). Get there and try the beer selection.
