Jenny’s Shrimp Truck - Haleiwa

The shrimp at this food truck is absolutely fantastic and bursting with flavor! We had a late lunch there, and luckily, we found a parking spot. The portions are quite generous, so we decided to share two plates among four people. The highlight of our meal was definitely the spicy garlic shrimp. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable! Overall, I'd rate the food a 4 out of 5.

Delicious! We tried the Spicy Garlic Shrimp ($16), which came with two scoops of rice, 9-10 shrimp, a slice of pineapple, and some lettuce. The "spicy" certainly lived up to its name, but it was amazing! While parking is limited, there's ample seating inside. Food: 5/5.

This restaurant offers the best garlic shrimp and rice! The shrimp was exceptionally fresh, perfectly cooked, and simply delicious. The rice was flavorful, drizzled with a buttery garlic sauce that enhanced its taste remarkably. It also came with a romaine salad and a slice of pineapple. Since everything is made to order, it was fresh and served piping hot. The service was outstanding too; the staff member at the counter was very friendly and made sure to answer all our questions. We highly recommend visiting this place!

Solid shrimp as we ordered the spicy shrimp, garlic shrimp and coconut shrimp. Gave decent portions and the flavors were great. Only the spicy shrimp plate gave cajun rice. Definitely should peel them before you eat.Food: 5/5

We stopped at Jenny’s Shrimp Truck because Giovanni’s line was ridiculous. Took awhile to get my order. Everyone raves about this garlic butter shrimp everyone sells in Oahu. I thought it was just ok. Jenny’s split the backs of the shrimp which is suppose to make them easier to peel. I found it very difficult to peel them. Flavor was ok but nothing to get excited about. The rice was plain with a little of the garlic butter on it. It also had a small wedge of pineapple and some lettuce with a dressing on it. Not sure if other shrimp places are better but I’d rate Jenny’s average at best.
